Our Goal For Your Successful Home Management Experience

  • To rent the property before it becomes vacant utilizing our advance marketing system and strategies.

  • Provide a maintenance service request system that documents tenant repair requests with follow-up use of licensed and insured contractors.

  • Provide rent collections each month via our online payment processing system or cheque. We prefer to use our online system (Buildium) for added security and financial tracking for tenants and landlords.

  • Evaluate and provide recommendations as to the improvement of the property's function and explanations and recommendations for the visual esthetics.

  • Provide computerized accounting records of all income received, and expense disbursement via a 24 hour/7 day a week online system.

  • Provide Free CMA (Comparable Market Analysis) to evaluate the rental value.

  • Monthly payment of expenses attributed to the operation of the property as provided for the property, i.e. utilities, maintenance items, and/or related vendor contracts for specific services as so authorized by owner.

  • Disburse Owner funds monthly electronically to your bank with direct deposits

  • Monitor and oversee outside vendor contract work.

  • Provide supervision of all maintenance work performed on the property as to maintain the professional appearance of the property.

  • Perform move-in / move-out inspections to ensure tenant's acceptance of property and to eliminate any dispute at the termination of their lease.

  • Provide 24-Hour emergency contact persons, in the event of an emergency affecting the property and implementation of any emergency plan for the property.

Meet with us

 

We will meet with you at your home to conduct a FREE rental evaluation of your property. We  take our time to understand what are your goals and requirements with the property and tenant type.

Seal the deal

 

We sign the necessary paperwork for us to begin advertising your property for rent. This contract outlines all the responsibilities and services that we provide.

 

3.

We pick up the keys

 

We show your property to potential tenants and conduct the proper screening on all applicants. We take care of the on-going management of your property and regular maintenance checks.  Finally, we collect  the rent and sent the money to your bank account with a financial statement.
